Beachcomber By the Way was a short-lived radio programme that aired from March 1989 to December 1994. 

There were 18 half-hour episodes and it was broadcast on BBC Radio 4. 



Whimsical series based on JB Morton’s Daily Express column ‘By The Way’.

Appearing between the wars, for which he adopted the guise of Beachcomber.  

Bringing to life such characters as Prodnose, Mr Justice Cocklecarrot and Dr Strabismus of Utrecht
