Description

Weather modification and recording its effects in Paducah. I started it one mourning when I walked out to go to work and
seen Highly defined CHEMTRAILS over the streets of Broadway and 16th & Jefferson at 6:38AM THUR. 11/03/05. The
CHEMTRAILS lasted all day. They grouped 6 together and were separated by a couple of blocks apart running east to west
as far as the eye could see. About 7-10000 ft up. I knew about it happening on the west coast due too my research into
global gov relating to the police state in the U.S. However, never experienced it myself only seen videos.



I made a slideshow of the massive operation in our area of chemtrail spraying via cheap 35mm disposable camera from
Wal-Mart (all I could afford at the time) in its early days and posted it as Goodbye Blue Sky Paducah Ky. I attempted to
link Ron Pauls presidential campaign in hopes if folks got mad enough about the weather modification, they would demand
a candidate that would fight for smaller government. Having a smaller government this would be impossible to happen. But
apathy and ignorance lives on stronger than ever in America.



Over time of monitoring this, I began to see patterns of behavior of peak spraying.  After viewing Carnicoms video he
gave me the idea to view this aerosol which is invisible to the naked eye unless magnified and illuminated by the sunset
sunlight. I have discovered a new method to see the aerosolized chemtrail material at ground level. Chemwebs and
chemballs!

Its important to point out that every time you see Xs in the sky you are breathing this aerosol produced by chemtrails.
Just as I speculated on how to view the material under specific conditions Ill speculate on why its being carried out.
Fear based mind control through Weather Modification. Tornados, Fires, Floods, etc. It is much easier to control a
population through external fear. Therefore making easier to be managed by the authorities Tyrants. Condition the public
that the only help comes from the Federal Government and that theyre our saviors in times of crisis, Oh and not to
mention the huge debt burden tacked on for the bankers. 



Forget the autonomous ruggedness of decades past that was America. The Problem Reaction Solution Paradigm (The Hegelian
Dialectic) 1) The government creates or exploits a problem. 2) The people react by asking the government for help
allowing FEMA to take over local Government through crisis management. 3) The government offers the solution that was
planned long before the crisis.
