TRAMA
Dopo un centinaio d'anni di attività , il Yankee Pedlar Hotel è in procinto di chiudere i battenti per sempre. Gli ultimi impiegati, Claire (Paxton), una ventenne che ha affrontato molti problemi nella vita, e Luca (Healy), un solitario esperto di computer, sono convinti che l'hotel è infestato e sono determinati a dimostrarlo. Man mano che si avvicinano gli ultimi giorni d'apertura, arrivano misteriosi ospiti tra cui Leanne Rease-Jones (McGillis), un ex attrice TV diventata una psichica, e un vecchio che insiste di essere ospite nella camera 353.
